Terms of Use

These terms apply to RouteStitch, the delivery route planner at this website, including RouteStitch Pro (together, the "Service"). The Service is provided by SOH BOON KEONG, an individual based in Singapore, referred to in these terms as "we" or "us". By using the Service or signing in, you agree to these terms. If you use it for a business, you accept them for that business too.

1. What the Service does

RouteStitch puts the stops between a fixed start and end in the shortest order it can find by drive time or distance, and gives you links to open each leg in Google Maps or Waze. Results come from public map and routing data and are estimates.

2. Driving safely is your responsibility

Routes, drive times and distances can be wrong, out of date, or unsuitable for your vehicle. Always follow road signs, traffic laws, police directions and real road conditions. Do not use the Service in a way that distracts you while driving. Set up your route before you set off, or have a passenger use it.

3. Your account

You sign in with a Google account. Keep that account secure, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service.

4. Your data and your customers' data

You keep ownership of the stops, addresses and route names you enter ("Your Content"). You give us permission to store, process and display Your Content only as needed to run the Service for you. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal data.

The stops you enter may include your customers' names and addresses. You are responsible for having the right to use that information, including any consent or notice your local data protection law requires, such as Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• break any law, or use the Service to track or plan routes to a person without a lawful reason;
• try to get around sign-in, plan limits or payment;
• send automated or bulk requests, scrape the Service, or overload it or the map, routing and search services it relies on;
• copy, resell or rebrand the Service, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows;
• upload anything harmful, such as malware.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

6. RouteStitch Pro and payments

RouteStitch Pro is a paid subscription shown with its price before you pay. Payments are handled by our payment provider, HitPay. Subscriptions renew each period until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time from the Service. Cancelling stops future charges, and Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments already made are not refunded. We will tell you at least 30 days before a price change takes effect on your subscription.

7. Other services

The Service uses third-party services, including OpenStreetMap map data and tiles, OSRM road routing, Nominatim address search, Google sign-in, Supabase data hosting, HitPay payments, and Google Maps and Waze for navigation. Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. They may be slow or unavailable, and when they are, parts of the Service may not work.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, its software and its design are © 2026 SOH BOON KEONG. All rights reserved. Apart from the rights these terms give you to use the Service, nothing transfers to you.

Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors and available under the Open Database License (ODbL). See openstreetmap.org/copyright. Other open-source components, including Leaflet (BSD-2-Clause) and supabase-js (MIT), are used under their licences.

9. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we make no promises that it will be accurate, uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

10. Limit of liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, or for any fines, accidents, late deliveries or fuel costs arising from routes the Service suggests. Our total liability to you for any claim about the Service is limited to no more than the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or SGD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11. Changes and ending

We may change the Service or these terms. If a change to these terms matters, we will tell you on the Service or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the change. You can stop using the Service at any time. We may stop offering it, and if we do we will give reasonable notice and let you export your routes first where we can.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
